This site measures visits and clicks on the contact buttons (WhatsApp, phone, email and form) in anonymous, aggregate form, using cookieless, anonymous analytics tools. We set no cookies and do not identify visitors: we collect only overall figures (how many visits, how many enquiries) to understand how the site is doing. There is no profiling and no advertising that follows you. You do not need to accept anything to read.
The only personal data we process is what you send us yourself, by writing to info@dualpenbooks.com: your email address and whatever you choose to tell us about your project.
The contact form: when you write to us from the form on this site, your message reaches us by email through FormSubmit, an outside service that acts as a postman and that we use for nothing else. It only receives what you typed into the form: name, email, your phone number if you gave one, and the text of your message. If you would rather not go through an intermediary, write to us directly at info@dualpenbooks.com or on WhatsApp: it makes no difference to us.
How we use it: only to reply to you, assess the project and prepare a quote. We do not pass it to anyone, we do not use it for advertising, we do not subscribe you to any list.
How long we keep it: for the duration of the conversation and of any engagement. If the project does not go ahead, the correspondence is archived and not used for anything else. On request, we delete it.
Client materials (recordings, documents, photos) are kept with absolute confidentiality in private archives and are returned at the end of the work, as provided for in the contract.
Your rights: you can ask us at any time what data we hold, and have it corrected or deleted, by writing to info@dualpenbooks.com.
