You have the manuscript: you are missing the rest. Publishing it with a professional package costs from 1,500 euros: cover, print and EPUB layout, upload to the stores, print on demand. No warehouse, no minimum print runs, and the rights remain yours.
Almost no manuscript is, and that is not a flaw: it is the trade. Before the cover comes the editing: structure, rhythm, typos, the sentences that sound right to you because you wrote them. A professional eye tells you in one conversation what your text needs: sometimes a dusting, sometimes a rewrite. Better to know before printing.
The traditional publisher: you pay nothing, but it is selective, slow, and most of the rights go to them. Paid publishing: have them explain exactly what you are paying for, because you often pay a lot to get little.
